I’m not the only one who struggles to keep track of time. I’ve become very aware of this recently as I started to become involved with some ADHD communities and today I want to share some of the ways in which I try to keep track of time and not lose it looking at YouTube videos all day.
Today, we’re talking about your daily routine. Preferably your natural routine, but just the one you’re using right now works too.
The new school year is coming up soon and I know that kids, students and adults alike will be thinking about how to make the best of the new year. This is hard enough when your brain works largely like what society expects it to work like, but if you have ADHD, autism or other brain differences, this can be even harder.
