This is a very sensitive topic for many people, and also a very controversial topic. I want to preface this post with the fact that I’m not a doctor and I do not have a medical degree. I’m just someone who is telling their experiences to share their own view.
Everyone wants to be loved. I make a living writing books about people falling in love and fighting everything to be together with the person, or persons, that they love. No matter where on the sexual or romantic spectrum you fall. The base emotion of loving and being loved is universal.
I’m not the only one who struggles to keep track of time. I’ve become very aware of this recently as I started to become involved with some ADHD communities and today I want to share some of the ways in which I try to keep track of time and not lose it looking at YouTube videos all day.

The new school year is coming up soon and I know that kids, students and adults alike will be thinking about how to make the best of the new year.
